🎉 New top bar

The new top bar makes it much easier to find:

  1. The opportunity to request for feedback on your material as well as your feedback conversations. Click on 'Feedback'.
  2. The new notification center. Click on the clock icon.

  1. Your account settings, language settings and the ability to log out. Click on your initials / your picture.

🎉 Notification center

In relation to the new top bar, we are also launching your new notification center, which ensures that you are always informed when:

  1. we launch new functionalities and exciting content on the platform
  2. you receive new feedback answers or feedback messages
  3. your caseworker pushes an exciting position to your "My Jobs" module

You can mark all your notifications as 'read' at the same time, delete notifications that are no longer relevant and mark notifications you would like to return to as 'unread'.

🎉 The possibility to hide the menu

Do you also think the menu takes up a little too much space when you are browsing an exciting module? We think so too.

This is why you now have the possibility to fold the menu overview, so more screen space is freed up for what you want to explore on Candeno. Just click on the two small lines to the right of 'Candeno' and see the menu fold in.

🎉 The possibility to rate your feedbacks

The opinion of our users is extremely important to us, so that we can always develop and become a better job search tool, which is why we have launched the opportunity to report the feedbacks that our skilled consulting team sends out every day.

This is how it works:

Once you've received your feedback answer, you will be asked to assess whether you are ready to end the conversation or not. If you select "No", the conversation is kept open and you can ask questions in the comment section.

If, on the other hand, you select 'Yes', the possibility now opens for you to report your feedback:

You can rate your feedback 1 - 5 stars by holding the cursor over the stars until they are marked and adding a comment with any improvements, which ensures we always develop and provide the best possible service and advice. You can also end the interview without giving an assessment.

Once you have selected 'End feedback', the conversation is automatically marked as 'Resolved' and will now be found in your feedback overview under 'Resolved conversations'.

We hope you enjoy it and that ...
this introduction has given you a good insight into the new possibilities on your Candeno platform! Finally, do not hesitate to reach out to us on the live chat Monday - Friday at 09:00 - 17:00, bottom right corner if you have any questions.

The best job search greetings

Candeno
