You will always receive feedback within 24 hours. Once we have given you feedback, you will receive an email with a direct link to it. Also, you will receive a notification on the platform.
When you click on "Feedback conversations", you will find an overview of your feedback cases, which are divided into "In progress" and "Solved". Once you have received feedback, it will say "unread" next to your feedback case. Click on the icon below 'Actions' to read the feedback.
