Candeno is currently supported by PC only. If you access the platform via, for example, iPad or another mobile device, this may be the reason why you cannot fill out the descriptions in the CV.

If you use a PC but still cannot fill out the descriptions, it may be because you are working in another browser than Google Chrome or Firefox. These two browsers are the ones that are best developed for newer software systems such as Candeno. We therefore recommend that you access Candeno via Chrome or Firefox.

If you are already accessing the platform via Google Chrome and you still cannot fill out the descriptions, it may be because the description box is "hidden". Next to the description box, you will find an "eye". If the eye is not crossed out, it means that the box is hidden. Click on the eye to "show" the box and then you will be able to fill out the description.
